OM NAMAH SHIVAYA

Om Namah Shivaya, a mantra dedicated to Lord Shiva, is said to be at the heart of the vedas.

The all-pervasive nature of Lord Shiva is perfectly captured in this powerful mantra.  Chanting this mantra is believed to repel all negative energies that surround us.  It is widely recited as part of yoga to awaken the kundalini shakti, the spiritual or cosmic power in the human body.

Some say that the mantra helps to create a tranquil environment where one can explore the nature of the self.
